Culture Designer & Marketing Strategist


As Cooper's first Culture Designer, I led organizational development internally to ensure the satisfaction of clients and staff. Performed as our brand ambassador, promoting our staff on social media and through our website.

I shaped and published company’s mission statement for our website, cultivated the personal growth of 50+ colleagues, and aligned the day-to-day experience with corporate vision through ongoing workshops.

In 2016, I completed market research and facilitated PR for 60+ annual trainings in NYC, which to date have generated more than $2M+ in revenue. I oversaw community engagement events leading to sales of $1M+ in ongoing private training leads.

I directed marketing for several conferences including PRIMER (500+ attendees) and Design Gurus Summit (600+), managing PR and highlighting keynote speakers from The Concepts Labs, NASA, Disney and IDEO, among others.
